The Mansion provides a luxurious 10,500 square feet of space in which you can relax and play.
We have decided to include the third floor Penthouse (formerly The Mansion's Ballroom) for your added pleasure when you rent The Mansion.
The top level of The Mansion has all the updates required for an enjoyable stay. It's cozy enough for a few and large enough for big groups.
There are seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms. There are two additional sleeping areas. One on the on the third floor and the other on the first floor.
The Mansion is located in the beautiful Historic District of The Old West End, minutes from downtown Toledo.

The Mini-Mansion is a vacationer's delight. Golf putting practice greens are available. The basement features billiards, a full bath with shower, a mini-gym, and a 50-inch smart TV with, Netflix, and Roku streaming capability.
The dining area seats eight with a formal dining room table in the breakfast nook that seats six.
Bedrooms are spacious. The Master Bedroom has its own half bath.
The two other bedrooms share a full bath, claw foot tube with a shower.
Guests have full access including garage, back yard, grill, picnic table, driveway, and additional parking on Nesslewood Avenue.

The Carriage House features 15’ vaulted ceilings, sky lights, and an exposed timber frame.
A carriage house, historically, was the place to park the horse and buggy pulled carriage. It also included the butler's quarters above garage. It is a separate building on the Devilbiss Estate

The living room, dining room and kitchen are open. The space features 15, 20-foot vaulted ceilings, two sky lights, and ceiling fans to keep the air-conditioned space comfortable.
In the living room area, the two leather European Couches convert to full sized beds.
